Passman & Kaplan charges an initial consultation fee for an in-office consultation. Many initial consultations can take place in approximately one hour, the fee is $350. However, some initial consultations require additional time depending on the complexity of the issues raised, or documents to be reviewed. For initial consultations which are longer than 1 hour, the fee is $400 for a consultation lasting up to 1.5 hours, and $450 for a longer consultation lasting up to 2 hours. Passman & Kaplan charges $500 for a "long distance" consultation where materials are sent to us to review, followed usually by a telephone consultation. No materials should be sent unless you are specifically requested to by a Passman & Kaplan attorney.
