Mr. Lloyd joined Passman & Kaplan, P.C. as an associate in 2010, after having served as the firm's law clerk while in law school. As a law clerk, Mr. Lloyd assisted attorneys representing public- and private-sector employees in matters of employment and labor law. Mr. Lloyd's law school experience also included a summer associate position in labor and employment law at the European law firm Capstan Avocats, and an externship with CASA of Maryland, specializing in employee and immigrant advocacy.

In 2006, Mr. Lloyd graduated from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, with a double major in Political Science and French. Mr. Lloyd received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. in May 2009.

Mr. Lloyd is member of the bars of the District of Columbia and  the Commonwealth of Virginia.
