DANIEL T. RAPOSA became an associate of the firm in 2010. Mr. Raposa received his JD from American University Washington College of Law, cum laude, in May 2008. From August 2008 to September 2009, Mr. Raposa served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael D. Mason at Montgomery County Circuit Court. From September 2009 to March 2010, he was an associate at Tully Rinckey, PLLC, where he practiced plaintiffs'-side employment law.

During law school, Mr. Raposa participated in American University's Civil Practice Clinic, representing lower-income District of Columbia residents in matters including: bankruptcy, probate, wills, and family law, and was on the staff of The Modern American, a brief focusing principally on civil rights issues.

Mr. Raposa's internship experiences include judicial internships with the Honorable Joan Zeldon and the Honorable Geoffrey Alprin of the District of Columbia Superior Court, as well as a legislative internship position with the District of Columbia Finance and Revenue Committee, where he assisted in the drafting of tax legislation. He also served as a legal intern at the Environmental Protection Agency's Air Enforcement Division, where he worked to bring private industries into compliance with HCFC regulations.

In May 2005, Mr. Raposa graduated from the Johns Hopkins University with General Honors, with a major in Political Science and a minor in History.

Mr. Raposa is a member of the bar of the District of Columbia.
